Tina EstradaChair of Governors
Tina Estrada
I have been a Governor at Marlborough Primary since 2012, as I wanted to be involved in helping the school provide an effective and engaging learning environment with high standards and in which every child can reach their full potential.
My professional background is in law, and I am currently training in accounting
My 3 children all attended Marlborough Primary School. During their time there, I was a parent representative and an active member of the PTA which meant I got to know staff, pupils and parents and gained an insight into their views and concerns
Having lived in Isleworth for many years, I have an extensive knowledge of the local area and community.
In my spare time, I read, and I enjoy spending time with my children walking and cooking together.

I'm currently working for a local MP and throughout my professional career I have worked for several international organisations including Deputy Executive Director at United World Colleges (International) in London, responsible for ensuring that global operations and governance run smoothly. I have also worked for Save the Children, WaterAid and Voluntary Services Overseas (VSO).

Jerry FolksonLocal Authority Governor
Jerry Folkson
I strongly support the inclusive Marlborough Experience in not only providing an enjoyable yet challenging high quality learning environment for all children-whatever their need, but also promoting positive values, social development, confidence, and responsibility. I initially became a Parent Governor in 2002 to help support the Marlborough ethos. After my daughter transferred to secondary school, I decided to become a Local Authority Governor to contribute my previous experience as a Governor to developing the strategy and ethos of the school to meet new challenges and expectations.
I have over 30 years' experience of Human Resources Management, Project Management and Change Management in the Civil Service and the University sectors.
I enjoy photography, hill walking, travel, theatre, and current affairs. I am also actively involved in my local resident's association alongside supporting local community issues such as planning applications and Neighbourhood Watch.

Agata SikoraCo-opted Governor
Agata Sikora
I have been a co-opted governor at Marlborough Primary School since 2022. I aim to ensure that the school is the best environment for all to thrive and a hub for the local community.
As a Polish journalist and essayist holding PhD in cultural studies and specialisation in cultural animation, I firmly believe in public education as the key to creating a better society. Being a migrant, I face challenges that many school families share while trying to navigate the foreign education system. I have lived in Isleworth for seven years, and I love that wherever you are from, wherever your family lives, you can settle here and feel at home. I wish to use my knowledge, analytical skills and personal experience to identify the needs of the community and ensure that the school policies are inclusive and communicated in an easy-to-follow way.
I have two daughters: one is a pupil at Marlborough, and the other is a lively toddler. In my free time, I love reading and walking in nature (as a mother of young children I could as well write "riding dragons" as for now  "free time" sounds like a very unrealistic concept to me). -

Kam GillHead Teacher
Kam Gill
I have thoroughly enjoyed working with the school community. I have cherished every opportunity to pursue my personal goal to successfully embed excellent practice in teaching and learning. Part of my vision is to ensure that all staff take genuine responsibility towards the school and accept that they are accountable for its success. I am extremely proud and privileged to be able to play a key role in maintaining and developing the excellent reputation the school upholds. We have a highly committed team of governors and an enthusiastic, hardworking, dynamic group of staff. We all share a common vision and set of goals for the school's future. It is important to us that every child reaches their potential and this ideal is at the heart of the foundation of everything that we do. I have 15 years of experience in leading in primary education and I consider myself as a lifelong learner. I am a firm believer that in education you have to commit to developing yourself to stay abreast with new initiates and approaches to education.

Lucy WithanachiStaff Governor
Lucy Withanachi
I am a committed and enthusiastic teacher who believes in inspiring all pupils to reach their full potential whilst equipping them with the skills to be life-long learners for a successful future. I have been a class teacher at Marlborough Primary School since September 2017 and I am the Computing Subject Lead.
I applied for the role of Staff Governor to have an input in the school’s development and to positively impact both our school and the local community. I enjoy the opportunity this role brings in being able to share my experiences as a member of staff and to learn about the various roles and responsibilities within School Governance. With the experience I have gained working at Marlborough, I feel very privileged to support our school through being a Staff Governor.
