Remote Learning
In the unlikely event that your child has been asked to remain at home and learn remotely, they will be required to access their lessons via Google Classroom. Your child's teachers will endeavour to deliver a full curriculum remotely as we do in school wherever possible and appropriate. However, we may need to make some adaptations in some subjects.
Your child will follow their usual daily timetable unless otherwise instructed.
Some examples of remote teaching approaches include:
- recorded teaching (e.g. Oak National Academy lessons, video/audio recordings made by teachers)
- printed paper packs produced by teachers (e.g. workbooks, worksheets)
- textbooks and reading books pupils have at home
- commercially available websites supporting the teaching of specific subjects or areas, including video clips or sequences
